Hi, my name is Veronika Vlková and I create colourful paintings to lift up your mood.  I believe that art is for everyone, everyone should be able to access it and everyone should be able to own original works of art.

I also believe that one should be free to like different styles and painters whether it is an abstract painting, an old masterpiece or a surrealist creation without categorising yourself to a particular style.

When looking at works of Artemisia Gentileschi, Barbara Hepburn, Tamara de Lempicka and female artists alike, I want to champion the women movement further but on modern terms that reflect the way we now live.  Being an artist does not mean that we can’t be mothers, wives, partners, carers, entrepreneurs, business women and endless other roles that we have and always will have and will be doing them with equal pleasure.

So feel free to go through all my artworks and if a particular piece represents you, who you are or how you feel then that would make me truly happy and I would be delighted to hear from you.
